CARDIO KARATE
Short Summary - Are you interested in training mobility, muscle memory, flexibility and strength, bone density, joints and balance, breathing exercises and a sense of space/coordination? Then this karate is for you!!! The traditional karate methods are still used but there are also a Cardio path in this karate now fully incorporated. This helps especially people over 40, 50, 60 and older to also enjoy the art of karate and at the same time training the body in a holistic manner. There are no chased or hurried exercise regimen but rather a skilled circuit that also includes karate. I have already trained some people in some of these exercises and they benefited greatly.
